Good things get fixed together.
Bazaar is a place to organize small repair get-togethers with neighbors. Bring a broken favorite, a useful tool, a skill you can share, or simply a willingness to learn.
Who runs Bazaar?
Bazaar’s founding pilot is operated by Sanyam Sood. I’m building a practical way for neighbors to meet around things worth repairing. You can reach me directly at sanyamsood2@gmail.com.
How a party works
A host chooses a time and place and explains what kind of fixing is planned. Neighbors reserve a seat and say what they can bring or help with. After the gathering, the host can confirm attendance and participants can share feedback. A repair is never guaranteed, but the chance to learn from each other is the point.
The founding pilot supports New York, Austin, San Francisco, and Chicago. Joining and hosting are free right now. Bazaar does not collect deposits or make payouts.
Where things stand
We’re at the beginning. Real, bookable parties appear only when a host publishes one; there may be none near you yet. The picture cards on the homepage are clearly labeled ideas, not scheduled gatherings. We don’t invent hosts, bookings, ratings, or testimonials to fill an empty calendar.
